The US National Weather Service’s storm track forecasts, tornado, severe thunderstorm, flash flood, special marine and snow squall warnings, and NEXRAD Level 3 and ultra-high resolution radar data can all be viewed with RadarScope, a specialised display tool for meteorologists and weather enthusiasts.
In addition to data from Environment Canada, the Australian Bureau of Meteorology, the Finnish Meteorological Institute, and the German Weather Service radars, it can show the most recent reflectivity, velocity, dual-polarisation, and other data from any NEXRAD or TDWR radar centre in the US, Guam, Puerto Rico, Korea, and Okinawa. These are the radar’s own data, presented in its original radial format for a high degree of detail; they are not smoothed PNG or GIF files.
