Wrestling Empire is an extravagant, vintage-style wrestling playground. Strong career and booking modes, chaotic, physics-based hardcore matches with destructible weapons, and dynamic, freeform animations make it stand out.
You have complete control over the action from the moment you emerge from behind the curtain and the first gong rings, thanks to the free animation system, which lets you design incredibly amazing manoeuvres at any time.
Playing Across Platforms
Because Wrestling Empire is spread across several platforms, you can take the chaos with you wherever you go. Although it was initially only available on the Nintendo Switch, it may also be played on PC (via Steam), iOS, and Android. The game is free to download and play on mobile devices; however, a “Pro License” that unlocks the entire roster and eliminates advertisements is an alternative.
Core Features
Play as or compete against up to 350 wrestlers from fictional promotions and parodies of actual federations in the Epic Roster.
- Career Mode: In Career Mode, you have complete control of your character’s life in the ring. Manage your health and popularity, handle weekly news reports, negotiate contracts, and cultivate relationships behind the scenes.
- Booking Mode: To outperform competing companies, put yourself in the promoter’s position and manage budgets, schedule weekly concerts, and conduct your own promotion.
- Freeform Animations: The game’s engine lets you perform wild, mid-air reversals by smoothly switching from one action to another at any time.
- Chaotic Hardcore Action: Enjoy extreme violence with realistic weapon mechanics, including the ability to light weapons on fire, break tables, and bend chairs.
- Customisation: Create unique matches and arenas, modify character gimmicks, and completely adjust the roster.
The Experience of a Career
Fundamentally, Wrestling Empire is more of an interactive soap drama than a conventional sports title.
You must manage your numbers (skill, agility, and stamina), avoid injuries, negotiate complex contracts, and deal with backstage politics as you traverse the harsh reality of the wrestling industry in Career Mode.
Every game is different because you can even lose your job, file a lawsuit against promoters, or have to change promotions.
The Mode of Booker
The game has an extensive career mode for players who choose to make the decisions. You operate your own wrestling promotion from behind the desk rather than lacing up your boots.
To make sure your firm survives the competitive industry, you are responsible for managing the roster, writing storylines, scheduling matches, and maintaining network ratings.
